Our ride began in Littleton on Friday (Oct. 14th). We headed south through Colorado Springs, Pueblo, then exited I-25 at Walsenburg. It was beautiful over La Veta Pass, turning south at Ft. Garland and into San Luis. We crossed into NM near Costilla then on to Taos.

A MINI run to the Four Corners of Arizona, Utah, Colorado and New Mexico.

ColoradoRick > The official start of the Run 4 the Corners ride began Sat. Oct. 15, 2005 at the Taos bridge (over the Rio Grande River), just west of Taos, NM. The MINIs were all greeted by this tarantula (not yet full grown). This ride was organized by NM MINIs www.NMMINI.org and www.MINI5280.org (Colorado MINIs).

ColoradoRick > Wendy and I arrived the day before and played tourist in the downtown Taos plaza. We found a couple of other MINIs before the day was over.
